Before & After Care

To help you get the most relaxing and effective experience, please review the following guidelines and what to expect during your session:

Hair & Scalp

• Brush or gently detangle your hair before the appointment.

• Avoid heavy oils or styling products on the day of your massage — clean, natural hair works best.

• Jojoba oil, along with your choice of essential oil, will be used during your massage. Expect your hair to feel oily afterward. I can adjust the amount used based on your preference.

Clothing

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

• You will remove clothing from the waist up, including necklaces.

• This allows for ease of movement and deeper relaxation during the massage.

Hydration

• Drink water before your appointment to stay hydrated — it helps with relaxation and detoxification.

Comfort & Relaxation

• The treatment is performed on a massage table.

• Try to avoid caffeine or heavy meals immediately before your session for a more comfortable experience.

Health Considerations

• If you have neck, back, or shoulder injuries, please let me know before the session.

• Notify me of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or scalp issues that might affect the massage.

• An intake form is required to be filled out before your appointment.

Aftercare

• Take a few moments after your session to breathe and relax.

• Drink water to help your body flush out any toxins released during the massage.

• Avoid intense physical activity immediately afterward for the best results.
